The new condo project will be located on 250,000 sq. ft. at the corner of Mountain Sights and Jean Talon, a former industrial/commercial area that has recently been re-zoned for residential and complimentary commercial use.

"This new development will feature vast green spaces, lush gardens, commercial amenities and spectacular views of Mont-Royal, as well as the high-end fixtures and finishes buyers are looking for."

Phase 1, also known as Vue sur l'avenir, is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2011 and will comprise of a 10-storey, 97 unit building with bright, open-concept living spaces and cutting edge contemporary design. All units will come standard with a host of luxury features including 9 to 10 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, balconies and more.

The availability of lofts, one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 566 sq. ft. to over 1,400 sq. ft., coupled with extremely attractive price points have made for brisk sales. Over seventy percent of units in the initial phase have already been sold and VIP pre-registration for Phase 2, which will begin construction later this year, is already underway.

"I am extremely excited to see the realization of this important project," said Michael Applebaum, Mayor of the borough of Côte-des-Neiges - Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. "The Condos Vue development is key to the revitalization of the Namur-Jean Talon area, which is soon to become one of the city's trendiest urban centres."

The Condos Vue development is part of Mayor Applebaum's vision for the greater redevelopment of the Namur-Jean Talon area. The neighborhood will undergo a major facelift in the coming years thanks to more than $900 million in investment by area developers.

The numerous projects will provide a fresh new look and feel, as well as a major influx of new residents to the formerly tired industrial/commercial neighborhood.
